Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WYNR! We want your shopping experience with us to be as easy and secure as possible. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to your purchase in our store.

1. General

When you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents' permission to make the purchase.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) excluding VAT. No VAT will be added at the time of payment.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the price that applies.
  • We offer secure payment options via card payment.

3. Placing your order

  • Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Always check that the information in the confirmation is correct.
  • If we are unable to deliver an item due to stock availability or other reasons, we will inform you as soon as possible. You then have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within USA, Great Britain, Australia, New Zeeland and Europe and offer various shipping options. The delivery time is usually 8-15 business days.
  • We offer express shipping internationally with a delivery span of 3-6 business days.
  • Returns are paid for by you as the customer.
  • If the package is not picked up within the specified time, a fee for unclaimed packages will be charged to cover our shipping and handling costs.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.
  • To return an item, it must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service at hello@wynrco.com to and we will provide you with further instructions.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or faulty.

6. Complaints

  • If an item is damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, you have the right to complain about your purchase within 2 years in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.
  • Please contact our customer service at hello@wynrco.com and we will help you with your complaint. In the event of an accepted complaint, we will cover the costs of the return shipment.

7. Limitation of liability

WYNR is not responsible for delivery delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
