1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1–3 business days before shipment. This is the time we need to confirm your payment, prepare your items, and pack your order with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Methods

We offer two convenient delivery options to suit your needs:

- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days after processing

- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

- Standard Shipping: Free worldwide

- Express Shipping: £5 (GBP), €5 (EUR), $6 (USD), $7.5 (CAD), $9 (AUD), 10 zł (PLN).

4. Delivery Area

We proudly ship worldwide. Whether you’re in Europe, North America, Asia, or elsewhere, we’ve got you covered.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed (1–3 business days):

- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

We aim to deliver within these timeframes, but please allow for possible variations due to local customs or postal services. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a $15 fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
